TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility: No purchase is required to join the Customer Program, but rewards are earned through qualifying in-store merchandise purchases.

Reward Accumulation: Rewards accrue in one-dollar increments (rounded up), requiring a minimum $100 purchase during any earnings period.

Redemption: Preferred Customer Rewards are only redeemable for in-store transactions at Fairfield Farms (12472 N US HWY 301, Oxford, FL 34484).

Exclusions: Rewards apply solely to product purchases, excluding gift cards, delivery and installation fees, labor charges, landscape services, sales tax, and other non-merchandise transactions.

Non-Retroactive: Past purchases cannot retroactively contribute to Customer Rewards.

Inactive Memberships: Memberships with no sales activity for 24 months may be terminated.

Returns: Preferred Customer Rewards are adjusted for returned merchandise.

Modifications: Fairfield Farms reserves the right to modify or cancel the Customer Rewards program without prior notification.
